Welcome to Lyftyng.com. Lyftyng LLC and its affiliates ("Lyftyng") offer various online features, products, and services when you access or make purchases through Lyftyng.com, use Lyftyng products, apps, or software. By using any Lyftyng services ("Lyftyng Services"), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your household or anyone using services under your account. Please review these terms carefully.

We offer a wide range of services, and additional terms may apply based on the specific service you use (e.g., Lyftyng devices, apps, gift cards, or media libraries). In case of discrepancies between these terms and service-specific terms ("Service Terms"), the latter will take precedence.

All content available through any Lyftyng Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Lyftyng or its content providers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation of such content is the exclusive property of Lyftyng.

Lyftyng's trademarks, logos, and service names, as well as other distinctive elements of the site’s design, are protected. You are not permitted to use any of these trademarks in any way that may cause confusion or discredit Lyftyng. Any trademarks not owned by Lyftyng that appear in Lyftyng Services are the property of their respective owners.

License and Access

By complying with these terms and any applicable service-specific terms, Lyftyng grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal use of Lyftyng Services. This license does not allow for commercial use of Lyftyng Services or its contents. You are prohibited from collecting product details or prices, using data mining tools, or reselling Lyftyng Services. The rights granted by Lyftyng can be revoked if these terms are violated.

Your Account

You may need a Lyftyng account to use some services, and it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account. Lyftyng reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its discretion.

User Contributions

You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content, provided it is not illegal, harmful, or inappropriate. By posting content, you grant Lyftyng the right to use, modify, and distribute that content globally. You warrant that you own or control the content you post and agree to indemnify Lyftyng for any claims arising from such content.

Risk of Loss

Once physical items are delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

Returns and Refunds

Lyftyng only assumes title to returned items once they reach our fulfillment center. In certain cases, a refund may be granted without requiring the return of the item.

Product Descriptions and Pricing

While we strive for accuracy, Lyftyng does not guarantee that all product descriptions and prices are free from errors. If a product is mispriced, we may either cancel your order or contact you for instructions before proceeding with the order.

App Permissions

Using Lyftyng’s mobile apps may require granting certain permissions to your device. Your device will notify you about the permissions requested.

 

Sanctions and Export Compliance

You are prohibited from using Lyftyng Services if subject to U.S. sanctions or other restrictions. Compliance with U.S. export laws and regulations is required.

Third-Party Services

Other businesses may offer services or products through Lyftyng. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating these third-party services or products, and they operate under their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Lyftyng Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their operation or content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyftyng disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of Lyftyng Services.

Disputes

Any disputes related to Lyftyng Services will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Florida with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial.

Applicable Law

By using Lyftyng Services, you agree that federal law and Florida state law, without regard to conflict of laws principles, govern these terms.

Site Policies and Modifications

Lyftyng reserves the right to modify these terms and its site policies at any time. If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
